摘要
海洋油气设施的水下检测对其结构安全具有重要意义,水下检测作为一门特殊的行业已逐步发展成熟,但由于海洋油气设施及水下结构、水下工况的多样化与复杂化,水下检测从技术装备到施工工艺都有较大的变化,并出现了一些新的检测技术及工艺。介绍了几种水下检测新技术、新工艺在国内海洋石油工程中的应用,DIDSON双频识别声呐检测技术为水下低能见度工况下的检测提供了一种新方式,ROV及检测设备的组合应用开辟了深水环境的检测工艺,实现潜水支持船与FPSO的同步旋转,为海洋石油单点设施的检测创造了条件。
Underwater inspection is very important to structural safety of offshore oil and gas facilities.It has been gradually developed as a special industry.However,underwater inspection technology has changed greatly in technical equipment and construction processes due to the diversification and complication of offshore oil and gas facilities and underwater structures,and some new inspection techniques have emerged.The applications of several new techniques and processes are introduced.The DIDSON dual-frequency identification sonar provides a new underwater inspection way for low visibility condition;Combined application of ROV and inspection equipment opens up the inspection process for deep water;Diving support vessel synchronously rotating togather with FPSO creates condition for inspection of offshore SPM facilities.
