摘要
辅导员作为大学教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,处于学校与学生联系的第一线,是维系学校和学生间正常联系的桥梁和纽带,决定了辅导员工作所应具备的特性。文章通过自己的工作实践,浅谈几点工作心得。
Counsellors in the universities are a special group of teachers who work in the front line of administration of students. And they act as the bridge which connects the school and students. All of these make the special characters of the job of counsel-lors. The author talked about her own experience.
