摘要
目的:探讨黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:60例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者总有效率为76.67%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗时采用黄芪建中汤合理中汤能有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,使患者生活质量得到明显改善。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods： 60 cases of chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases each. The observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and reasonable decoction,and the control group was treated with routine western medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 96. 67% in the observation group and 76. 67% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical use of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach deficiency can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
