桃红四物汤预防人工髋、膝关节置换术后DVT的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究桃红四物汤预防人工髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床效果。方法:84例行人工髋、膝关节置换术患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者在术后皮下注射低分子肝素钙进行预防,实验组患者则在术后采用桃红四物汤联合低分子肝素钙进行预防,比较两组患者DVT的发生情况。结果:实验组有1例(2.4%)发生DVT,对照组6例(14.3%)发生DVT,实验组DVT发生低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工髋、膝关节置换术后应用桃红四物汤,可以减少术后引流量,减少术后深静脉血栓形成。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Tao Si Siwu Decoction on prevention of deep venous thrombosis( DVT) after artificial hip and knee replacement. Methods: 84 patients with artificial hip and knee replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were injected with low molecular weight heparin calcium after the operation. The patients in the experimental group were treated with pink Siwu Decoction Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the occurrence of DVT in the two groups was compared. Results: There were 1 cases( 2. 4%) with DVT in the experimental group,and 6 cases in the control group( 14. 3%),and the DVT in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group( DVT),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The postoperative flow rate of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: After the artificial hip and knee replacement,the application of Tao Si Siwu Decoction can reduce the postoperative flow and reduce the postoperative deep vein thrombosis.
