摘要
目的:探讨五黄液对于鼻内镜术后黏膜的改善作用。方法:58例慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后需要鼻部填塞患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。两组患者术后均进行鼻窦炎术后护理。观察组给予院内中药制剂五黄液灌洗,对照组采用生理盐水灌洗。门诊随访6个月并行鼻内镜检查评估两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:五黄液修复鼻内镜术后黏膜疗效显著,应该在临床上大力推广。
Objective: To explore the improving effect of Wuhuang liquid on mucous membrane after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 58 patients with nasal obstruction after endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 29 cases. Two groups of patients received postoperative care of sinusitis. The experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine hospital Wuhuang liquid lavage,the control group using saline lavage. The patients were followed up for 6 months. The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated by parallel nasal endoscopy. Conclusion: Wuhuang liquid shows significant effect in repair of mucous membrane after nasal endoscopy,and it dershould be popularized in clinical.
