摘要
盘磨机是机械制浆的关键设备,磨浆过程中能量通过磨齿传递给纸浆,在复杂力的作用下,使得纸浆纤维分丝、帚化,性能得以提升。不同的磨盘转速、纸浆浓度、磨盘间隙等都会影响纤维及齿面受力,从而影响磨浆效果。研究磨齿齿面及纤维的受力,对于磨浆机理的深入研究、磨浆过程的节能降耗具有积极作用。本文介绍了国内外对于盘磨机磨区内齿面及纤维受力的理论及实验研究的最新进展,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
Disc refiner is one of the key equipment in mechanical pulping, the energy are transferred to the pulp through the bar and due to the effect of complex force, the fiber is shorted or broomed and the performance of the pulp is improved. Different operating conditions, such as pulp consistency, disc gap,disc speed, etc., affect the forces and the quality of the pulp during refining. The forces suffered by the bar surface and fiber were studied in this article. The refining mechanism and the energy consumption in refining are relevant to the mechanics in refining area, so there is a positive effect to this area through the research of it. Especially, the latest development of the theoretical and experimental study of the forces in refining area were summarized and the prospect in research trend was put forward.
