摘要
阐述甘肃省工业企业发展的基础及背景,通过对2005、2015年两年间甘肃省工业体系科技创新的主要指标的对比与分析,指出了甘肃省工业体系科技创新存在的问题,结合目前国家"一带一路"战略构想和西部大开发的战略,提出了提高甘肃省工业体系科技创新的对策与建议。
The basis and background of the development of industrial enterprises in Gansu province are expounded in this paper. By contrasting and analyzing the main indicators about scientific and technological innovation of Gansu province in 2005 to 2015,the problems existing in the scientific and technological innovation of industrial system in Gansu province are pointed out. Combining with the present ' One Belt and One Road' strategic thinking and the West Development Strategy in our country,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the industrial system in Gansu province are put forward.
