摘要
为提高省煤器灰斗对飞灰颗粒的捕集效率,减轻选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统催化剂磨损和堵塞现象的发生,参照国内某600 MW燃煤锅炉形式,采用有机玻璃为主体搭建1∶20冷态实验台进行相关实验研究。实验结果表明:原始空灰斗状态下,省煤器灰斗对原灰和粗灰的捕集效率分别为8.07%和17.92%;在灰斗内加装隔仓和撞击分离装置后,灰斗对原灰和粗灰的捕集效率最高可达22.75%和66.19%,分别比改造前提高了181.91%和269.36%,而此时灰斗前后压损仅增加了31 Pa。省煤器灰斗改造对炉内飞灰捕集效率有显著提高,可对电厂预除尘改造提供一定的参考。
In order to improve the capture efficiency of the economizer hopper on the fly particles and reduce the catalyst wear and clogging of the selective catalytic reduction( SCR) denitrification system,a 600 MW coal-fired boiler is taken as a reference. And then organic glass is used to build the cold experimental table with the proportion of 1∶ 20 to conduct the related research. The experimental results show that under the original empty bucket state,the original ash and crude ash collection efficiency of the economizer hopper were 8. 07% and 17. 92% respectively; after the isolation and impact separation device being arranged on the ash bucket,ash bucket of ash and coarse dust collecting efficiency raised up to 22. 75% and 66. 19%,respectively. It is 181. 91% and 269. 36% that of the previous data,while the ash before and after the pressure loss increased by only 31 Pa. The efficiency of economizer of furnace ash collection after transformation is improved,which can provide some reference for pre plant dust transformation.
