国标试管法与试剂盒微孔法检测婴幼儿奶粉中叶酸含量的结果比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用国标试管法GB 5413.16和微孔板形式的微生物法,定量检测6罐婴幼儿配方羊奶粉中的叶酸含量。国标试管法检测YNF1-1,YNF1-2,YNF2-1,YNF2-2,YNF3-1及YNF3-2的叶酸结果分别为118.5,112.3,105.9,97.5,89.5,97.6μg/100 g;试剂盒微孔法检测6个样品的叶酸含量分别为129.9,125.8,101.4,102.3,99.0,100.4μg/100 g。结果表明,同一产品不同个体之间的叶酸含量存在差异,国标试管法的稳定性低于试剂盒微孔法。可在一定时间内用试剂盒微孔法对国标试管法进行验证和偏差值评定,确保检测结果真实反映样品中叶酸含量。 In order to analyze the difference of folic acid in infant milk powder by the method of microplate test and tube test.According to the method of GB 5413.16 and kit microplate method,testing the six infant milk powder,YNF1-1,YNF1-2,YNF2-1,YNF2-2,YNF3-1 and YNF3-2. GB test results are 118.5,112.3,105.9,97.5,89.5,97.6 μg/100 g. Microplate test results are 129.9,125.8,101.4,102.3,99.0,100.4 μg/100 g. The stability of GB test tube method is lower than that of kit microplate method. The microplate method can be used to verify and test the deviation of the national standard test tube method,which ensure that the test results are true.
