临床生化检验中肝素锂抗凝血技术应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的对肝素锂抗凝血方案应用于临床生化检验中的可行性进行分析和评价。方法研究从2016年1—12月进入该院接受生化检验的患者中,方便抽选出80例作对象进行分组,其中常规组40例选择常规血清技术实施检验程序,治疗组40例选择肝素锂抗凝血方案进行检验,并对其结果进行记录与比较。结果治疗组40例的K指数(4.02±0.27)mmol/L,Na指数(145.26±2.57)mmol/L,LDH指数(176.25±22.16)U/L,与常规组40例的(5.72±0.41)mmol/L,(120.26±2.17)mmol/L及(182.56±26.16)U/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组的CL指数、Ca指数、Mg指数、P指数、CK指数、CKMB指数、AST指数、GLU指数、AMS指数以及CHE指数对比差异无统计学的意义(P>0.05)。结论对于接受生化检验的病人,肝素锂抗凝血方案应用价值高,所以可推广。 Object ive This paper tries to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of heparin lithium anticoagulation program in clinical biochemical tests. Me th o d s 80 cases of the biochemical test from January to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected as objects and divided into the normal group of 40 cases with normal serum technical inspection, and the treatment group with 40 cases by lithium heparin anticoagulant solution for inspection, and the results were recorded and compared. Re s u l ts The K index in the treatment group was (4.02±0.27) mmol/ L, Na index was (145.26±2.57)mmol/ L, LDH index was (176.25±22.16) U/ L, and those in the normal group were (5.72±0.41)mmol/ L,(120.26±2.17) mmol/L and (182.56±26.16) U/ L,the difference was statistically.significant ( P〈0.05), and two groups of CL index, Ca index, Mg index, P index, CK index, CKMB index, AST index, GLU index, AMS index and CHE index were not statistically significant( P〉0.05). Conclusion For patients in the biochemical test, the application value of lithium heparin anticoagulant solution is high, so it is worth promotion.
