摘要 社会经济飞速发展,各行各业不断加大对专业人才的需求,同时对专业人才提出了高要求。为有效培养更多的优秀人才,应不断改善人才的培养模式。在此基础上,重视现代学徒制的合理实施,在烹饪类专业教学中充分发挥现代学徒制的优势。鉴于此,本文从现代学徒制在烹饪类专业教学中的优势、加强现代学徒制在烹饪类专业教学的应用两个方面展开论述,希望对现代学徒制的实施力度提供有针对性的建议。 With the rapid development of social economy, making all walks of life continue to increase the demand for professionals, while professionals put forward high demands. In order to cultivate more talents, we should constantly improve the training mode of talents. On this basis, we should pay attention to the reasonable implementation of modern apprenticeship, and give full play to the advantages of modern apprenticeship in the teaching of cooking. In view of this, this paper from the modern apprenticeship in the teaching of cooking in the existence of the advantages of modern apprenticeship in the cooking of professional teaching a few suggestions on the specific aspects of the hope that the implementation of modern apprenticeship to provide targeted suggest.
