数据是基础,需求是导向,数据建设必须对接需求,才能发挥数据的基础支撑作用。从"数据为王"到"需求为王"体现了人类对数据建设的规律性认识,是数据建设的跃升阶段。在人才建设领域,企业只有挖掘到优秀人才,才能创造最大效益;人才只有找到合适岗位,才能发挥最大潜能;人才数据只有与用人需求精准对接,才能岗位适配,人尽其才。"需求为王"回应了人才建设和人才数据建设的呼声,为直接抓住用人需求,缩短人才和用人单位之间的距离提供了方便,揭示了人才信息数据建设的目标,代表着人才数据信息技术集成应用的重要方向,也是促进人才优化配置和提升用人效益的有效途径。
The data is the foundation,the demand is the guidance,the data construction must connect the demand,can exert thedata foundation support function. From "data to king" to "demand for Wang" reflects the human knowledge of data construction,is theleap phase of data construction. In the field of talent construction,enterprises can create the maximum benefit only by digging up excellenttalents. Talents can realize the maximum potential only if they find suitable positions. Talent data only with the accurate dockingwith the needs of personnel,ability to work well,people to do their best.
