摘要
作为企业一项重要内容,市场营销管理对企业进行制定营销策略有重要意义,但是从目前情况来看,这项工作开展的不容乐观,面临一系列的问题,这就需要企业管理者引起注意,然后采取有针对性的措施加以完善和解决。论文从实践出发,对现在的中小企业影响管理存在的问题进行了阐述,分析了营销策略出现的不足,提出相关解决措施,希望可以为中小企业影响管理工作提供参考依据。
As an important content of enterprises,marketing management has important significance to develop the marketing strategy of the enterprises,but from the current situation,the work carried out is not satisfactory,there are a series of problems,which requires the enterprises' managers to pay attention,and take targeted measures to improve and solve.The paper starts from the practice,elaborates the current problems affecting the management of small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzes the weakness of marketing strategy,and then propose solutions,hopes to provide a reference for small and medium-sized enterprises' management.
