摘要
随着我国高校跨越式发展的不断深入,高校新校区建设经费短缺这一问题逐渐引起了社会各界的重视。能否筹措到足额的建设经费已成为高校是否能够抓住机遇,谋求自身更大发展的关键。本文以M高校为例,研究了高校新校区基本建设融资方面的相关问题。
With the continuous development of China's colleges and universities,the shortage of funds for the construction of new campus in colleges and universities has gradually aroused the attention of all communities.Whether it can raise sufficient construction funds has become the key to seize the opportunity and seek greater development.Taking M University as an example,this paper studies the financing problems of capital construction in New Campus of colleges and universities.
