摘要
本实验是以工业常用的石灰石-石膏脱硫工艺进行研究,通过改变碳酸钙的量、二氧化硫浓度、吸收剂液体流量、空气流量等条件,研究这些因素对脱硫效率的影响,确定最佳工况。通过改变碳酸钙的量确定了在一定体积的水中脱硫效率并不随着碳酸钙含量的添加而增加。实验最终确定最适宜工况为:在500ppm二氧化硫的浓度下,添加10g碳酸钙,150L/h的液体流量以及在最小的空气流量6.75m^3/h下,在未添加腐植酸钠条件下,脱硫最高效率接近100%,但是维持时间5分钟左右;添加3g腐植酸钠后,脱硫效率明显提高,瞬时效率100%维持40分钟左右。由此可知,碳酸钙在添加腐植酸钠后,明显提高了碳酸钙吸收SO_2的性能。
The influence of these factors on desulphurization efficiency was studied by changing the amount of calcium carbonate, the concentration of sulfur dioxide, the liquid flow rate of absorbent, the air flow rate and so on, and the optimum working condition was determined by the research of limestone-gypsum desulphurization process commonly used in industry.By changing the amount of calcium carbonate to determine the volume of water in the desulfurization efficiency does not increase with the increase of calcium carbonate.The optimum conditions were determined as follows: at the concentration of 500 ppm of sulfur dioxide, lOg calcium carbonate,150 L/h liquid flow and the minimum air flow rate of 6.75 m^3/h were added, the highest efficiency was close to100% when sodium humate was not added, but the holding time was 5 minutes.After adding 3 g of humic acid,the desulfurization efficiency was improved obviously, and the instantaneous efficiency was 100% for 40 minutes.It can be seen, calcium carbonate in the addition of humic acid sodium, significantly improve the absorption of calcium carbonate performance of SO_2.
