摘要
运用近红外光谱法建立桂枝药材中肉桂酸与桂皮醛含量的定量分析模型,采用HPLC为对照测定桂枝药材中肉桂酸、桂皮醛含量,运用偏最小二乘(PLS)法建立NIR光谱与二者分析值之间的多元校正模型,并对未知样品进行预测。得出校正集内部交叉验证决定系数分别是0.930 2、0.952 0,内部校正均方差分别为0.003 4、0.023 3,外部预测均方差为0.012 8、0.0651。因此得出利用近红外光谱法测定桂枝药材中肉桂酸与桂皮醛是可行的,该法具有快速、简便、无损等特点。
The quantitative analysis model for determination of the content of cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde in Cassia twig by near - infrared Spectroscopy. HPLC was used as the reference method to determine the contents of cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde. NIR diffuse reflectance spectra of the samples were collected, Multivariate calibration models based on PLS algorithm were developed. The correlation coefficients of the calibration models were 0. 9302 and 0. 9520. Root mean square error of cross validation were 0. 0034 and 0. 0233. Root mean square error of prediction were 0. 0128 and 0. 0651. It was feasible to determine cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde in Cassia twig and it provided a rapid convenient method for quality control.
