摘要 论述了国内外树木注射机械装置的技术路线和关键技术。树木注射伤害分入针、注射及退针时的物理损伤、注射技术选择不当所引发的伤害,以及由药物—树木本身生物化学反应造成的伤害等。树木的注射伤害可以控制,防止发生树木注射伤害必须选用正确的树木注射技术路线,包括合理控制高压注射的速度、针头密封以及进退针的方式。提出了基于最小伤害的机械冲击式高压树木注射机方案,并通过样机进行了试验验证。 The technical routes and key technologies of mechanical tree injection devices at home and abroad are stated,and the damage caused during three injection fall into the physical damage caused during needle penetration,injection and needle withdrawal,the damage caused by improper use of injection technology and the damage caused by drug-tree biochemical reactions. The damages caused by tree injection can be controlled and in order to avoid tree injection-related damage,correct tree injection technical routes must be selected,including rational control of the speed of high-pressure injection,needle head sealing and need penetration and withdrawal methods. A mechanical impact-type high-pressure tree injection machine program based on the minimum tree damage is proposed and prototype machines are used for experimental verification.
