摘要
中腔胞壁对比法测试棉纤维成熟度是以单个、手工、目测为特点的传统检测,显著不足是单一、目测、效率和精度低。本文使用计算机图像分析技术开发了棉纤维成熟度检测系统,实现了基于棉纤维的显微图像自动测试棉纤维中腔胞壁对比的图像分析法。与传统的中腔胞壁对比法比较图像分析法具有若干优点,为今后客观检测的发展提供了一定参考。
Lumen width-cell wall thickness method for testing the cotton maturity is a traditional detecting with features of single,manual operation and visual inspection.Its significant disadvantages are single,visual inspection,low efficiency and accuracy.In this paper,a cotton fiber maturity test system was developed by using the computer image analysis technology.The system realized automatic test for lumen and cell ratio of cotton fiber based on cotton fiber microscopic image.Image analysis method has some advantages compared with traditional lumen width-cell wall thickness method.It provides references for developing objective detection.
