摘要
对某火电厂1 000 MW机组前置过滤器进出口压差异常、高速混床泄漏树脂、树脂捕捉器泄漏树脂、高速混床旁路门未动作的原因进行综合分析,造成树脂泄漏并进入汽水系统的原因为锅炉大面积换管致使大量水溶纸进入系统、未采取再热器冲洗措施、运行人员监盘不到位、树脂捕捉器密封垫材老化,针对各种原因提出了相应的处理措施。
The problem of a thermal power plant's 1000 MW unit pre-filter abnormal pressure differential,high-speed mixed bed resin leakage and resin catcher leakage comprehensive analyzed. The main causes were indicated as large quantity of water soluble paper was imported into system by mistake,ignoration of reheater clean-up procedure and resin catcher seal washer aging.Treatment measures were indicated accordingly.
