摘要
目前变电站高压断路器配套操作箱体积大、回路复杂、冗余回路多。针对智能变电站二次设备就地化现状和一次开关断路器的变化,对操作回路进行优化,开展小型化、就地化设计。设备结构设计由传统的背插式转变为叠层式,取消母板和指示灯等电气模件,大大缩减了设备体积,且符合操作箱相关标准。经过小型化设计的操作箱可以灵活安装在一次开关端子箱、智能控制柜等空间,安装体积为原有操作箱的1/4至1/2,接线端子数量为原有操作箱的1/2。
Existing operation box are usually large in size,has complicated circuits and many redundant circuits. This paper introduced the improvement of operation circuits and miniaturization and localization of operation box. Back-connecting type structure was replaced by layered type. Electrical modules,such as motherboard and indicator,were removed. The size was remarkably reduced while related standards were satisfied. After miniaturizing design,operation box could be install in primarybreaker terminal box,intelligent control cabinet or other place. Installation size was reduced to 1/4 to 1/2.Quantity of terminals was reduced to 1/2.
