摘要
综合分析了推进云制造是南通经济社会发展的客观需要,并以数据和实例说明南通智能制造有一定基础、电子商务发展较快、信息产业发展态势良好,已具备实施云制造的基本条件。最终提出了南通发展云制造的思路:制定云制造分阶段发展规划,采用以信息技术推进云制造、以智能产品开发生产推动生产智能化的发展模式,努力推进智能制造,积极推进云平台建设,以柔性制造推动定制化生产。
This paper analyzes comprehensively that the promotion of cloud manufacturing is the objective demand of economic and social development in Nantong. Data and examples are used to show that Nantong has a certain basis for intelligent manufacturing; e -commerce is developing rapidly; and the information industry is developing well. Thus it has the basic conditions for the implementation of cloud manufacturing. Finally the writer puts forward the idea of cloud manufacturing development in Nantong： to make phased development plans of cloud manufacturing, to promote smart manufacturing by adopting a development model of using information technology to advance cloud manufacturing and using the development and production of intelligent products to improve intelligent production, to actively push forward the construction of the cloud platform, and to promote customized production based on flexible manufacturing.
