摘要
公安禁毒民警面临职业风险高、工作负荷大、职业暴露多和心理压力大等问题,主要是禁毒队伍力量不足、执法环境复杂、禁毒民警专业培训不足、禁毒装备保障不足和对禁毒民警身心健康保护不够等原因引起的,应当通过充实禁毒队伍力量、强化禁毒民警实战技能培训、提升禁毒民警身心素质、加强禁毒民警的安全意识、提升禁毒装备建设、科学使用警力、完善禁毒民警职业保障和建立健全禁毒执法规范来保障禁毒民警的职业安全。
Public security anti-drug police are mainly confronted with high occupational risk,heavy workload,great extent of occupational exposure and great psychological pressure,which are attributed to insufficient anti-drug team force,complecated law enforcement environment,inadequate professional training for anti-drug police,insufficient guarantee for anti-drug equipment,and inadequate attention to anti-drug police＇s physical and mental health protection.Accordingly,efforts should be made to safeguard public security anti-drug police＇s occupational safety through enrichment of anti-drug police force,intensification of practical skills training for anti-drug police,improvement of anti-drug police＇s physical and psychological quality,enhancement of their safety consciousness,promotiom of anti-drug equipment development,scientific use of the police power,improvement of anti-drug police＇s occupational guarentee.and construction of a sound anti-drug lawenforcement specification.
