摘要
恐怖性是恐怖主义的本质特征。恐怖主义犯罪引发的社会心理问题包括恐慌心理、恐惧心理、麻痹大意和侥幸心理等。针对恐怖主义心理战,媒体要正确报道暴恐案件,管好、用好网络平台,完善社会危机心理干预机制,加大对专业反恐队伍的心理素质训练,开展公众危机心理教育,增强警民心理稳定性和承受力。
Terror is substitutive characteristics of terrorism, which breeds nuumerous social psychological problems including panics, fears, lack of vigilance and fluke mind, ect. Targeting the psywar of terrorism, the media is expected to make correct reports of terrorist violent cases, make good use and management of network platform, improve social psychological crisis intervention mechanism, make greater efiforts on psychological quality training of anti-terrorism group, carry out public psychological crisis education and intensify the police and masses＊ psychological stability and tolerance.
