摘要
以某集滚船为研究对象,对其艉部船体在搭载阶段的下沉变形进行有限元计算分析预报和实船测量。通过与实船测量结果相对比,证明有限元计算分析可比较精确地模拟艉部船体在纵向和垂向的变形趋势,而对横向变形的模拟存在一定的偏差,同时分析可能引起横向变形模拟偏差的因素。该有限元计算分析方法可为预报类似船舶产品的艉部船体下沉变形提供技术参考。
Taking a CON-RO vessel as the research objective, the stern hull sinkage deformation in erection stage is analyzed and predicted with the finite element calculations and the measurement on site. The result of the comparison between calculation and measurement shows that the finite element calculation can simulate the stern hull deformation trend in longitudinal and vertical directions with good accuracy, but there is discrepancy in the transversal direction. The factors behind the discrepancies are analyzed. The finite element calculation method would provide technical reference for the prediction of stern hull sinkage deformation of similar ship products.
