正交试验设计在翅片管强制对流散热器结构优化中的应用

摘要 分析了影响翅片管强制对流散热器性能的主要结构因素,将正交试验设计引入到翅片管强制对流散热器结构优化设计中,为提高设计的准确性和可靠性创造条件.以矩形双管翅片管强制对流散热器的结构优化为例,探讨了各结构因素对矩形双管翅片管强制对流散热器性能的影响程度,给出了最优的结构参数组合. This paper analyzes the main structural factors affecting the forced convection finned tube radiator performance.The orthogonal design of experiment is introduced into the finned tube in the forced convection radiator structure optimization design, creating conditions to improve the accuracy and reliability of the design. Taking rectangular double tube fin tube structure optimization of forced convection radiator as an example, the authors introduce the concrete application of the method, discuss the influence degree of structural factors of rectangular double tube fin tube in forced convection radiator performance, and present the structure of the optimal parameter combination.
