摘要
依托某高速公路项目在现场改性沥青质量控制过程中,采用德国BRUKER红外光谱仪对基质沥青、改性沥青进行光谱分析,根据基质沥青、不同改性剂掺量的改性沥青的波数965 cm^(-1)和1 377 cm^(-1)特征吸收峰的吸光度关系,建立SBS改性剂含量与特征吸收峰处吸光度的线性回归模型,以此来定量分析SBS改性剂沥青中改性剂掺量的稳定性,为改性沥青质量控制提供参考。
Relying on the modified asphalt quality control process of a highway project, we select Ger- man BRUKER infrared spectrometer to analyze the matrix asphalt and modified asphalt. Then depending on wave number and 1 377 cm-1, 966 cm-1 of characteristic absorption peak absorbance relationship of matrix asphalt, modified asphalt with different dosage of modifier, establish the SBS modifier content and the charac- teristic absorption peak absorbance in linear regression model, quantitative analyze SBS modified asphalt sta- bility with different dosage of modifier, provide a reference for quality control of modified asphalt.
