摘要 为解决干法拌和橡胶粉沥青混合料时橡胶粉对矿料级配的影响,针对常用级配类型,通过试验发现采用半间断级配的沥青混合料与连续和间断级配沥青混合料相比,具有更好的体积指标与路用性能。在此基础上针对半间断级配进行进一步级配优化,分别通过贝雷法级配设计方法、正交试验结合极差和方差分析法对粗集料、细集料的级配进行调整,最终得到合适的干拌橡胶粉的沥青混合料优化级配。优化后的半间断级配橡胶粉沥青混合料表现出良好的路用性能,与常用连续级配沥青混合料相比,其高、低温稳定性和水稳性均得到提高。 To solving the effect of rubber powder to mineral aggregate gradation when rubber powder modified asphalt mixture (RPMAM) is mixed by dry mix method, for the common optimum gradation type, we get tests results show that, volume indexes and pavement performance of RPMAM with semi - gap gradation are better than RPMAM with continuous or gap gradation. On this basis, semi -gap gradation is further opti- mized by Bailey Method, orthogonal experiment, range and variance analysis method gradation of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, finally achieved the optimum dry mix through adjusting the rubber powder asphaltmixture aggregate gradation. The semi - gap RPMAM with optimized gradation has good pavement perform-ance, and get better high and low temperature performance and water stability comparing with common contin-uous gradation asphalt mixture.
