It is noteworthy that the State Council has issued three action plans for the prevention and control of air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution. In the Report to the 19 the CPC National Congress, the CPC has incorporated Beautiful China into its two-stage development plan for building a great modern socialist country. What is more, from 2016 January to 2017 August, the central environmental protection inspection has been carried out in all the provinces in China.
