摘要
中小博物馆存在资金、人才、馆舍、馆际交往能力、品牌影响力等诸多差距。在引进展览方面,应主动参与,积极求知、求变。在自办展览方面,如资金充裕而馆藏不足,可以通过策展组织的方式利用他馆资源进行;如资金、馆藏均不足,可以通过小微型常态化长时段的方式进行;如馆藏丰富而资金、场馆受限,可以利用馆藏设计展览,向外推荐,"借壳下蛋";如资金、馆藏均丰富而人才不足,可以外聘专家,通过馆间联合策展的方式进行。只要能充分认清自身的优势和缺陷,因地制宜,主动作为,突破传统僵化的思维方式,依然可以有所作为。
The small and medium-sized museums differ in funds, personnel, premises and interlibrary communication ability, brand influence and etc. We should take the initiative to participate in the introduction of exhibitions and actively seek knowledge and change. In running the exhibition, we can organized it by utilizing other museums＇ resources to solve the problems such as the lack of collection but sufficient funds. We can carry out the exhibition of small-micro normalization of long time to solve the problems such as insufficient funds and collections. As long as we can fully recognize our own advantages and shortcomings, we should take measures according to local conditions and take the initiative, and we can still do something to break through the traditional and rigid mode of thinking.
