摘要
目的探究高原地区心肺复苏(CPR)的实践效果。方法选取2016年9月~2017年6月期间参与高原地区心肺复苏培训的1000人进行研究,通过图片、影像、现场讲解、实际操作等方式在公众中普及,解决现场出现心脏骤停、溺水等情况无人抢救等问题,观察知识培训普及效果。结果学员培训前后理论成绩、操作技能考核成绩、急救知识知晓率对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论进行培训普及,可提高心肺复苏技能。
Objective To explore the effect of cardiopuhnonary resuscitation（CPR） in Plateau area. Methods 1000 cases participated in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in plateau area were selected from September 2016 to June 2017.It is popularized in the public by means of pictures,images,on-the-spot explanations and actual operation,to solve the scene such as cardiac arrest,drowning,no rescue and other issues.The training and popularization effect of knowledge were observed. Results Before and after the training,there were significant differences in the theoretical scores,operation skills assessment results and the awareness rate of first aid knowledge（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Training and popularization can improve cardionulmonarv resuscitation skills.
