摘要
目的:探讨真因干预在小儿深度烧伤瘢痕管理中的应用效果。方法:选取1~6岁深度烧伤康复阶段患儿60例,其中2015年10-12月收治的30例作为对照组,2016年3-4月收治的30例作为观察组。对照组给予常规瘢痕康复管理指导,观察组采用真因干预实施瘢痕管理指导。比较2组小儿瘢痕管理执行率、瘢痕增生程度、肌肉挛缩及关节障碍情况。结果:出院时及出院后6个月,观察组小儿深度烧伤瘢痕管理执行率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组瘢痕增生程度、肌肉挛缩及关节功能障碍情况亦均优于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:通过真因干预对小儿深度烧伤实施瘢痕管理,可提高小儿深度烧伤瘢痕管理执行率,有助于减少瘢痕增生、肌肉挛缩和关节障碍。
Objective：To investigate the application effects of real-cause intervention in the management of pediatric deep burn scar. Methods：A total of 60 cases were selected in the 1-6 years of deep burn rehabilitation,of which 30 were treated as control group in October to December 2015,and 30 cases were treated as observation groups in March to April 2016. The control group was implemented with routine rehabilitation scar management guidance, and the observation group was implemented with real-cause intervention scar management guidance. The implementation rate of scar management,degree of scar hyperplasia,muscle contracture and joint dysfunction between two groups were compared. Results：At discharge and after 6 months of discharge,the implementation rate of scar management in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.01）,and the degree of scar hyperplasia,muscle contracture and joint dysfunction in observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0. 05 to P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The real-cause intervention in the management of pediatric deep burn scar can improve the implementation rate of scar management,and reduce the degrees of scar hyperplasia,muscle contracture and joint dysfunction.
