摘要
本文主要从绿色施工、节材降耗的角度入手,进行建筑电气中塑料护口保护器的研制。重点探讨管内穿线时防止钢带线对导管塑料护口的损伤和破坏。为了有效解决这个问题,笔者通过多次试验和改进,利用工地剩余镀锌钢管进行加工,研制出塑料护口保护器,使其在管内穿线时对塑料护口起到保护作用,避免护口损坏,进而提高管口观感质量和护口功能。工艺简单易行,经现场应用检验效果良好,有着制作简单、操作简单、节材降耗的优点。
This paper starts from the angle of protector in construction electrical.The damage green construction and energy saving, and development of plastic and damage of the steel belt line to the plastic sheath of the ducts are discussed in this paper. In order to effectively solve the problem, we through many experiments and improve- ments, using the site processing of remaining short galvanized pipe, the remaining galvanized short tube developed plastic mouth protector, the thread in the tube of plastic mouth to protect the mouth to avoid damage, and thus improve the quality of pipe mouth feel and function.The process is simple, and easy to use, and it has the advan- tages of simple production, simple operation and low cost.
