摘要
某电站锅炉在启动过程中为了保证过热器冷却、需要排放一定数量的蒸汽。蒸汽排放会产生较大的噪音和能量损失,噪音会严重影响电厂周边居民的生活。在锅炉蒸汽系统安装回收管道,制订合理的锅炉启动操作方案,利用蒸汽减温减压装置将蒸汽送入供热换热器等设备加以利用,彻底消除锅炉启动排汽噪音,取得了良好的经济效益。本文对该项目的整改计划、设计过程进行介绍。

In the steam system of boiler installation recovery pipeline, formulate reasonable boiler start-up operation of the program, the use of steam temperature and pressure reduction device, the steam into the heating heat exchanger equipment use, completely solve the boiler startup exhaust noise is improved through the relationship between residents,and achieved good economic benefits.
