摘要
中老铁路作为泛亚铁路中线的重要组成部分,不仅可以有效缓解我国与东盟国家交通不畅的瓶颈,而且可以加快提升我国与"一带一路"沿线国家的互联互通水平。阐述中老铁路国际联运通道和中国—中南半岛经济走廊国家概况的基础上,分析中老铁路运营对中国—中南半岛经济走廊的影响,提出中老铁路国际联运通道物流发展策略,即打造铁路国际联运品牌、强化通道多式联运建设、建设跨境物流服务平台和提高通关过检效率,为中老铁路国际通道物流发展提供参考。
As the important part of the Trans-Asia Railway, China-Laos Railway can not only effectively release the transport bottleneck between China and ASEAN countries, but also help increase the level of connectivity between China and countries along the Belt and Road initiative. On the basis of the elaboration of China-Laos railway corridor and the profiles of countries on the China-Indochina peninsula, this paper analyzes the impact of the operation of China-Laos Railway to the corridor, and proposes solutions for the logistics development along the corridor, in terms of building the international transport brand, enhancing the multi-modal transport construction, building the cross-border logistics service platform and improving the custom inspection efficiency, This can serve as a reference for developing logistics on China-Laos Railway international corridor.
