摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定冬枣中8种农药残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,上清液过滤后直接进样检测。本方法4个添加水平(0.005、0.05、0.2和5.0 mg/kg)的回收率在80%120%,RSD均<16%,最小检出浓度均为0.005mg/kg。8种农药的线性范围在1~2000μg/L之间,相关系数达到0.99以上。该方法操作简单,灵敏度和精密度完全符合农药多残留检测技术的要求。本文还研究了冬枣栽培过程中,8种农药在不同施药条件下农药残留的规律,结果表明,不同农药在冬枣上的残留量和消解速度有很大差异,环境(温度、光、雨)和施药条件(采收间期、施药次数、施药剂量)的差异也是导致残留量不同的主要原因。
A liquid chromatography -electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC - MS/MS) method was developed for determination of 8 pesticide residues in jujube. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and then the upper layer was filtered through 0. 22 mm membrane for HPLC - MS/MS analysis. The recovery data were obtained by spiking blank samples at four concentration levels (0. 005, 0. 05, 0. 2 and 5.0 mg/kg) . The recoveries of all pesticides were in the range of 80% - 120%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 5 ) lower than 16 %. Linearity was studied between 1μg/L and 2 000μg/L with correlation coefficients (R2) of higher than O. 99 for all compounds. The limits of quantification (LOQs) for 8 pesticides were 0. 005mg/L. The method meets the requirements of the multi - residue analysis with good sensitivity and high accuracy. The residue and degradation of 8 pesticides under different application conditions in Jujube were investigated. The results showed that the residue and degradation for 8 pesticides was different. Residues persistence varied in Jujube in three field trials, which mainly caused by different environment ( temperature, rain, light) and application conditions ( pre - harvest interval, number of application and dosage)
