一种UPS交流监控切换系统的设计与实现

摘要 研制了针对UPS的交流切换系统,实现了交流旁路电源供电与逆变器电源供电的切换。该系统是基于ARM+液晶显示构成,采用Cortex-M3内核为32位处理器STM32F107作为主控芯片,使用内部自带的12位A/D来完成7路电压和电流信号的采样;同时监测UPS的运行状态,根据不同的供电情况,控制可控硅和接触器来进行供电逻辑的切换;并把UPS的状态信息上送给本地液晶显示和供后台数据分析。该系统已成功应用到实际电力电源供电系统中,且运行稳定、可靠,值得推广。 An AC switching system for UPS is developed, and the switching between AC bypass power supply and inverter power supply is realized. The system based on ARM + liquid crystal display(LCD) uses the Cor- tex-M3 kernel for 32-bit processor STM32F107 as the main control chip, and uses the built-in 12-bit A/D to complete the 7-way voltage and current signals sampling. While monitoring the running status of UPS, according to the different power supply situation, the logical switching of the power supply is controlled to ensure the nor- mal operation of the power system, and the UPS status information is provided to the local LCD for back data- base analysis. The system has been successfully applied to the practical system, and works reliably and stably, and deserves to have more widespread application.
