摘要
本文以南京老山琥珀泉地区控制性详细规划为例,以旅游度假区总体规划为依据,借鉴城市控制性详细规划的相关内容,对旅游度假区控制性详细规划控制指标体系进行探讨,以期更加科学合理地指导旅游度假区的开发建设。
This paper is based on the overall planning of tourist resort. Taking the regulatory detailed plan in the area of Nanjing Laoshan Hupoquan as an example,and combining theory with practice,this paper has put forward the relevant discussion for the control index system of tourism resort plan,to guide the development and construction of holiday resort scientifically and reasonably.
