摘要
法国华裔作家程抱一的小说《天一言》从不同的侧面,展现了主人公在面对命运、生死、爱情等人生境遇时的无奈、迷茫、困惑、孤独以及破碎感和压抑感。社会的荒诞面孔和小说人物的荒诞命运中折射出人对荒诞的抗争、对自由的向往,以及对完美人性和本真生活的追求。《天一言》中的荒诞寓意,诚如著名哲学家阿多诺所说,人类的生存状态是绝望的,而绝望就是希望。在荒诞作为无可奈何存在的现象中,《天一言》隐喻的也是这样一种无望的希望。
The novel Le dit de Tianyi, written by the Chinese - French writer Francois Cheng, reveals the protagonist＇s helplessness, confusion, perplexity, lonliness as well as a sense of frustration and depression when confronted such life circumstances as destiny, death and desired love. The novel displays Man＇s defi- ance of absurdity and yearning for freedom, including the pursuit of perfect humanity and the true state of being a ＂ Man＂. As Theodor Adorno put it, human lives in a state of despair, yet despair is hope. Now that absurdity is unavoidably in existence, hope will be born out of despair, as the novel metaphorically illumi- nates.
