摘要
许多国家反映:与传统的工频电压馈电的情况不同,变频器的重复脉冲电压作用,对风力发电机绝缘寿命有很大影响。为了研究这种影响,进行的试验结果表明:特别是当电场频率比较低时,表征绝缘性能的主要参数,比如:介电常数、电导率和介质损耗因数等,就会大幅度增加。如果再加上温度升高,就会使上述变化更加强烈,而且处于低频条件下的绝缘性能变化范同也比高频区域更大。为了测定和评估发电机绝缘系统的运行状态和寿命,应当在低于T频的低频(1mHz)下进行。
with the traditional power frequency voltage feed motor, frequency converter of repetitive pulse voltage effect, has a great influence on the electrical insulation performance. In order to study the influence, the experimental results show that when a relatively low frequency electric field, in particular, characterization of insulation performance of the main parameters, such as dielectric constant, conductivity and dielectric loss factor, etc., will be a substantial increase. If plus temperature rise, will make the above change more intense, and in the low frequency under the condition of the insulation performance of range greater than high frequency area. Therefore, in order to measure and assess the running state of motor insulation system, should be under power frequency under low frequency ( 1 m Hz ) .
