摘要
当前制约和影响扶贫工作的因素主要有:社会组织参与渠道不畅通、政府与非政府部门扶贫合作机制不完善、社会扶贫工作机制不健全等。文章认为,推进扶贫工作,要做好制度设计和供给,政府与企业以及社会各界开展合作,建立一套完善的监管与问责工作机制,加强扶贫投入的同时做好监督和指导,切实发挥扶贫工作实效。
The current factors impact on targeted poverty alleviation are, social organizations are not involved in the channels of participation, the inadequate poverty alleviation cooperation mechanisms between government and non-governmental sectors, and the inadequate mechanisms for social poverty alleviation work. In order to promote poverty alleviation work, we must complete system design and supply, encourage government and enterprises cooperation, establish a set of perfect supervision and accountability mechanism, put more investment to poverty alleviation, establish a set of perfect supervision and accountability mechanism, strengthen investment in poverty alleviation and do well in the supervision and guidance, so as to play the effectiveness of the work of poverty alleviation.
