摘要
精细化工是当代高科技领域中的重要组成部分,其专用化学品和新材料不仅本身是重要的战略性新兴产业,而且也是其它战略性新兴产业发展和传统产业升级的重要支撑。由于诸多因素使大部分国内精细化工企业的规模小、产品中低端居多、管理理念落后、成熟先进技术应用少、研发创新能力不足等,严重制约企业未来发展。对国内精细化工企业现状、国外精细化工产业发展及未来发展趋势进行分析探讨,明晰精细化工企业如何做好各项生产管理工作,查漏补缺,补齐短板,挖潜增效,不断创新,使企业在不断的市场竞争中,形成自己的核心竞争力。
Fine chemical industry is an important part in the field of contemporary high-tech, specialty chemicals and new materials not only itself is an important strategic emerging industries, but also important support for other development of strategic emerging industries and traditional industry upgrade. Due to many factors it make the most of the domestic fine chemical enterprises small in scale, most products low-end, management idea old, mature ad vanced technology adoption few, research and development innovation ability insufficient etc, restricting enterprise development. The domestic fine chemical enterprisers present situation, the overseas fine chemical industry develop ment and the future development trend were analyzed, clearing fine chemical enterprise how to do in all of operations for checking leakage and filling vacancy, swallowing short board, enhancing benefits, continuous innovation, make the enterprise continuously enhance market competitiveness.
