摘要
目的:提高对以乳糜胸为首发症状淋巴瘤的认识。方法:报道我科2016年收治的以乳糜胸为首发表现的淋巴瘤患者1例的临床资料,并复习文献。结果:该患者以乳糜胸为首发表现,最后经胸腔积液病理检查诊断为恶性淋巴瘤。结论:以乳糜胸为首发表现的淋巴瘤诊断困难,应特别警惕。
Objective：To improve the understangding of lymphoma firstly manifested as chylothorax.Methods：Report a lymphatic patient with chylothorax as the first symptom admitted to respiratory department of Sun Yat-sen memorial hospital,Sun Yat-sen University in 2016,and review literature. Results：The patient’s first symptom was chylothorax,finally diagnosed as lymphoma by pathological examination of its hydrothorax. Conclusion：Lymphoma firstly manifested as chylothorax is difficult to diagnose. So,chylothorax patients should be especially alert to lymphoma.
