基于专家系统的飞行流量调配决策技术研究

摘要 随着我国民航业的不断发展,航空器的数量不断增加,空中交通流量迅速增长,民航航班延误的情况时有发生。为解决空中交通拥挤,空中交通流量管理应运而生。通过对飞行流量调配技术的分析研究,针对飞行流量调配的影响因素众多、调配方式复杂等特点,文章引入专家系统,建立合理完善的飞行流量调配规则库,利用知识库和推理机以解决飞行流量调配的智能辅助决策问题,加快了民航空管系统的飞行流量调配速度,改善了飞行流量调配方案;有效地降低了航班的运行成本,增加了空域利用率。 With the continuous development of Chings civil aviation industry, the rapid growth of air traf- fic result in flight delays occurred frequently, and then the air traffic flow management arises at the historic mo- ment, mainly on the flight plan scientific flow planning. According to the characteristics of the air traffic flow management for a wide range and the complexity of the search space, this paper introduces the expert system to solve the flight traffic allocation decision-making problems. This will speed up the flight traffic allocation, im- prove the quality of the flight flow leveling schemes, and reduce the operating costs effectively and increase the efficiency of airspace using.
