摘要
目的:对三叶香茶菜的抗乙肝病毒作用进行有效部位的筛选。方法:通过测定三叶香茶菜4种不同溶媒提取物的体外对Hep G2.2.15细胞的增殖抑制作用实验,确定其有效部位。结果:石油醚提取部位和乙酸乙酯提取部位对Hep G2.2.15细胞有明显的抑制作用。结论:石油醚提取部位和乙酸乙酯提取部位具有良好的体外抗乙肝病毒活性,是三叶香茶菜抗乙肝病毒作用的有效部位。
Objective :To screen out the effective parts of Rabdosia ternifolia with an anti -hepatitis B virus (anti - HBV) effect. Methods : An experiment was performed to investigate the in vitro inhibitory effect of four extracts of Rabdosia ternifolia obtained by different solvents on the proliferation of HepG2.2. 15 cells, in order to identify its effective parts. Results:The petroleum ether - extracted part and ethyl acetate - extracted part had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2. 2. 15 cells. Conclusion :Petrola, lm cther- extracted part and ethyl acetate- extracted part have a good in vitro anti - HBV effect and are the effective parts of Rabdosia ternifolia.
