摘要
目的分析金华地区无偿献血人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况及流行特征,探究血液安全隐患,探寻新形势下保证血液安全的策略。方法对2012年-2016年金华市无偿献血人群中HIV感染者的检出情况进行分析。结果金华市无偿献血人群2012年-2016年检测229 055人份,共检测出HIV阳性32例,不确定36例。32例HIV阳性献血者中,男性占93.75%,女性占6.25%;年龄为19岁~52岁,平均年龄为(32.34±8.99)岁;初中文化占37.5%(12/32),高中或中专占34.4%(11/32),大专及以上占18.8%(6/32)。未婚占43.8%(14/32),已婚占43.8%(14/32),离异或丧偶占12.5%(4/32);经流行病学调查,异性性传播占81.2%,同性性传播占18.8%。结论金华市无偿献血者HIV抗体阳性率逐年增高,血液安全存在隐患,应加大艾滋病知识的宣传力度,发展低危无偿献血队伍,从源头保证血液安全。
Objective To analyze the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) and related epidemiological characteristics in non-remunerated blood donors in Jinhua,and to investigate the risks and develop appropriate strategy to ensure blood safety under the new situation. Methods Detection of HIV infected individuals among vuluntary blood donors from Jinhua during 2012-2016 was analyzed. Results A total of 229 055 voluntary blood donors in Jinhua were detected during 2012-2016,including 32 HIV positive blood donors and 36 unidentified cases,and 93. 75% were males and 6. 25% were female in the 32 positive HIV cases; all of them dispersed from 19 to 52 years old,and the average age was( 32. 34 ± 8. 99)years old; 37. 5%( 12/32) were junior middle school education,34. 4%( 11/32) were of high school or secondary vocational school education,18. 8%( 6/32) were college degree or above; 43. 8%( 14/32) were unmarried,43. 8%( 14/32) were married,12. 5%( 4/32) were divorced or widowed. Epidemiological survey indicated that 26 persons were infected through heterosexual transmission( 81. 2%) and 6 persons were infected through homosexual transmission( 18. 8%). Conclusion The anti-HIV positive rate among unpaid blood donors in Jinhua increases year by year,blood safety is at certain risk,so healthy education for voluntary blood donation should be strengthened,and low-risk blood-donation team should be established to ensure the blood safety from source.
