摘要
目的浅表留置针是临床输液较好的方法,可以减少患者输液时的穿刺次数,保护外周血管,对护士可降低针刺伤发生几率。为提高留置针的穿刺成功率,本文就留置针的穿刺部位选择及其固定浅谈护理体会。方法通过对留置针穿刺常用部位的解剖结构的对比,选择出较好的穿刺部位,并对各个部位的固定方法加以说明。结论留置针的穿刺首选前臂贵要静脉和头静脉,手背静脉也可作为常选部位,由于肘正中静脉和前臂正中静脉受自身解剖位置原因不作为常选血管,一般不选用下肢静脉进行留置针穿刺。固定方法因留置针穿刺部位而定,在贴留置针敷贴前用一条3M胶带加以固定能更好防止留置针的移位和脱出。
Objective Superficial indwelling needle is a better method for clinical transfusion.It can reduce the number of transfusion puncture,protect peripheral blood vessel,and,reduce needle stick injury incidence.In order to improve the success rate of indwelling needle puncture,this paper discusses the selection and fixation of puncture site of indwelling needle.Methods Based on the comparison of the anatomical structure commonly used for indwelling needle puncture,a better puncture site is selected,and the fixation method of various sites is illustrated.Conclusion Indwelling needle puncture prefers forearm basilic vein and cephalic vein,while hand vein can also be used as a normally selected site.Median cubital vein and median antebrachial vein are seldom the selections,because of their anatomical location.Generally lower limb vein is not the choice for indwelling needle puncture.The fixation method is determined by the puncture site,fixation with a 3M tape before sticking the indwelling needle is better to prevent migration or extrusion.
