摘要
针对避雷针结构中法兰连接节点常用的M6.8级5种直径的普通螺栓,采用有限元软件Abaqus对其进行数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明:5种规格螺栓具有相似的应力分布规律,即在螺纹截面边缘处应力最大;5种规格螺栓的理论应力集中系数K_t=4.61~5.72,疲劳缺口系数K_f=3.18~3.62,且均随着螺栓直径的增加而递减。
The numerical simulation of the common bolts that commonly used M6. 8 grade in five kinds of diameter structure for the flange connection node in the lightning rod carries out finite element software Abaqus. It results show that five kinds of bolts with similar stress distribution is the largest stress at the edge of the thread,the theoretical stress concentration coefficient( Kt= 4. 61 - 5. 72) and the fatigue notch coefficient( Kf= 3. 18 - 3. 62) are all decreasing with the increase of the bolt diameter.
