摘要
配出中性导体的IT系统(下文统称IT_N系统)由于其中性点不直接接地,因此人员触碰单相电源不会发生触电事故。但随着系统供电距离的增加,对地电容也逐渐增加,当触碰到单相电源时,可能使得流过人体的电容电流超过人体安全电流30m A,此时IT_N系统不再是"绝对"安全。对该安全距离进行了确定,同时对IT_N系统的直接接触电击事故和间接接触电击事故提出了相应的防护措施,从而能够保证IT_N系统的安全可靠运行。
Because the neutral point of IT system with neutral conductor(hereinafter referred to as IT_Nsystem) is not directly grounded,when people touch single-phase power supply,electric shock accident does not occur. But with the system power supply distance increases,the ground capacitance is gradually increased,and when people touch to single-phase power supply,the flow of electricity through the body may exceed the human body safety current 30 m A. Then IT_N system is no longer‘absolute'security. This article will confirm the safety distance,at the same time,it will put forward the corresponding protective measures for IT_Nsystem direct contact accident and indirect contact electric shock accident,which can guarantee the IT_Nsystem safe and reliable operation.
