摘要
为了解决传统的水下机器人照明系统PWM调光方法出现的频闪问题,采用了一种线性调光的控制方法,设计了水下机器人的照明系统。整体方案,采用了ARM单片机和数控电位器相结合的方案。硬件部分,设计了恒流驱动电路,数控电位器电路。软件方面,设计了恒流线性调光控制策略。最终通过实际验证证明,本系统LED的调光范围达到0~100%的要求,且稳定无闪烁、发光效率高。
In order to solve the strobe problem of PWM dimming method of the traditional underwater robot lighting system,a lighting system for underwater robot is designed by using a control method of linear dimming.The ARM single chip microcomputer and the digital potentiometer are adopted in the overall scheme.The constant current drive circuit and the CNC digital potentiometer circuit are designed for the hardware part,and the constant current linear dimming control strategy are adopted.It is verified that the LED dimming range of the system can meet the requirement of 0 100% with stable performance and high efficiency.
