摘要
对业主单位建设前期工程造价控制进行探析。简单说明工程造价的作用,分析影响并限制着项目建设前期进行该工作的原因及其表现,针对存在的不足之处提出作为业主单位在建设前期的工程造价控制中的较好的优化方法。
With the adjustment of policy on construction supervision of Port and Waterway Engineering,the market competition is more and more fierce,and the uncertainty of risk management increases. On the basis of full consideration of risk factors,a comprehensive rating standard for construction supervision risk of water transport project is determined. By means of analytic hierarchy process（ AHP）,a multi-level structure model is established by analyzing the characteristics of risk factors. According to the correlation among the risk factors,the weight vectors are calculated. Synthesizing the weight vector and expert scoring method,the comprehensive project risk level is assessed,It is important to provide reference for enterprise management and control risk.
